In a statement issued on Wednesday evening, the HA said that it had noticed some social media posts discussing an intern doctor’s alleged professional misconduct at different hospitals.

β€œThe HA considers the matter extremely serious, affecting the professional image of healthcare staff,” the statement said.

The authority said it had reported to the police the suspected case of β€œsomeone who logged into the Clinical Management System at Caritas Medical Centre (CMC) with another person’s account and accessed patient records at Tuen Mun Hospital without authorisation.”

β€œThe HA has immediately suspended the clinical duties of the intern doctor concerned and a resident doctor at Tuen Mun Hospital, and has also suspended their access right[s] to the system in order to protect patient and system security,” it said.

β€œThe HA has notified the medical school of the relevant university to follow up on the intern doctor’s assessment of being fit for practice.”

According to the statement, before the suspensions, the HA had previously issued a serious warning to the trainee doctor for committing an inappropriate act during an internship at Ruttonjee Hospital and taken disciplinary action against the intern doctor and another resident doctor at CMC.Β

It had also taken disciplinary action against the intern doctor and another resident doctor for misconduct at CMC.

The HA’s move comes after a trainee doctor, who published videos documenting her medical internship, allegedly used medical equipment without authorisation to X-ray her own knee and posted a photo of the procedure on social media.

She was also suspected of asking her boyfriend, a resident doctor at Tuen Mun Hospital, to come to Ruttonjee Hospital, where she was interning, to assist her with a medical procedure.

NIBONG TEBAL, June 1 β€” Police have detained two women to assist in investigations into the murder of a Myanmar national at a house in Taman Belibis, Simpang Ampat here yesterday, bringing the total number of suspects arrested to three.

Seberang Perai Selatan (SPS) district police chief Supt Jay January Siowou said the arrests followed the detention of the main suspect, a 38-year-old man who was apprehended by members of the public at the scene before being handed over to the police yesterday.

β€œIn the incident at about 3.20 pm, the 31-year-old victim was confirmed dead at the scene due to multiple stab wounds to the body. Also injured in the incident was a 26-year-old woman who is currently receiving further treatment at Seberang Jaya Hospital (HSJ),” he said in a statement today.

As of now, he said, the police have detained the main suspect believed to have been directly involved in the murder, and also two other individuals to assist in further investigations.

He said preliminary investigations found that the incident is believed to have stemmed from a domestic dispute. However, the exact motive is still under investigation.

Police also seized a knife believed to have been used in the incident, and CCTV footage from nearby areas has been obtained and is being analysed.

β€œThe victim’s body has been sent to the HSJ Forensic Unit for a post-mortem scheduled today,” he said, adding that the case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder and Section 326 of the Penal Code for causing grievous hurt using a dangerous weapon.

He also urged members of the public with information on the incident to come forward and assist investigations by contacting the investigating officer, ASP Mohd Rizal Abd Rashid, or any nearby police station.

It was earlier reported that a Myanmar man was killed while his wife was injured, believed to have been attacked by a fellow countryman in an incident at Taman Belibis yesterday. β€” Bernama

BATON ROUGE, La. β€” Load and Geaux Portable Storage is highlighting its 40-foot shipping container rental service for Baton Rouge-area customers who need secure, weather-resistant, on-site storage for commercial, construction, retail, contracting, and event-related needs.

The company’s 40-foot standard shipping container rental is designed for customers who need maximum storage capacity in a durable and flexible format. The container provides approximately 2,385 cubic feet of capacity, with exterior dimensions of 40 feet long by 8 feet wide by 8 feet 6 inches high, and interior dimensions of 39 feet 5 inches long by 7 feet 8 inches wide by 7 feet 10 inches high.

Load and Geaux positions its service as a practical solution for construction sites, retailers, contractors, and special events requiring secure temporary storage. The container is built from Corten steel, includes lockable doors, and is designed to help protect equipment, inventory, materials, and supplies from theft, weather exposure, and general job-site disruption.

Flexible on-site storage remains important for businesses and project teams that need to manage tools, materials, and inventory close to where work is being done. The U.S. Census Bureau’s Value of Construction Put in Place Survey provides monthly estimates of construction work completed in the private and public sectors, and it exists because construction spending data help track new structures and improvements to existing ones. That ongoing activity creates steady demand for practical storage options to support construction, renovation, and property improvement projects.

Load and Geaux’s 40-foot container rental process is designed to be straightforward. The company delivers the container to the customer’s location, the customer loads and stores items on-site, and Load and Geaux picks up the unit according to the customer’s schedule. This model gives customers control over their storage timeline while keeping important items close to the worksite, facility, or event location.

β€œCustomers often need more than extra space,” said Zach Fields of Load and Geaux Portable Storage. β€œThey need a secure, convenient storage option that can be delivered where the work is happening and picked up when the job is done.”

Security is another important consideration for companies that store valuable materials or tools. The Federal Bureau of Investigation notes that cargo theft includes the theft of goods, money, baggage, or other property that is part of a commercial freight shipment, and the agency explains that theft can occur at locations such as warehouses, storage facilities, and parking lots. While portable storage containers are not a replacement for broader security planning, lockable on-site storage can be one practical part of protecting materials and equipment during active projects.

The 40-foot shipping container rental is especially useful for customers who need a larger storage footprint than smaller portable units can provide. Retailers can use the container for overflow inventory, fixtures, seasonal merchandise, or temporary back-of-house storage. Contractors can store tools, job-site materials, and project supplies. Event teams can use the container for equipment, staging materials, signage, and operational items that need to remain accessible before, during, or after an event.

As a Baton Rouge-based company, Load and Geaux provides local support and responsive service for Louisiana residents and businesses. The company emphasizes transparent pricing, convenient delivery, flexible pickup, and customer support designed around local storage needs.

Customers who want to learn more can visit Load and Geaux’s 40-foot shipping container rental in Baton Rouge page for container specifications, service details, and quote information.

Load and Geaux Portable Storage is located at 4717 Adams Ave., Baton Rouge, LA 70802. The company can be reached by phone at (225) 501-2830.

KUCHING, June 13 β€” A toddler aged around three-years-old was found alone and crying for help by the roadside in Taman Berlian, Kota Samarahan.

See Hua News Daily reported that the girl was discovered at around 2am today by some college students who were having their late-night meal at a coffeeshop in the area.

The child has since been taken to Samarahan police station before being sent to the Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) emergency unit for a medical check-up. She is currently under observation.

Samarahan district police acting chief DSP Barry William has confirmed the incident, saying that an investigation has been launched to determine how the girl ended up by the main road.

The authorities have also identified the child’s family members, and inquiries are ongoing.

At about 2.10am, the female college student had just finished her late-night meal at a cafΓ© in the Taman Berlian residential area.

While she and a friend were riding a motorcycle home, they noticed a small child gesturing to them from the side of the road.

Unsure whether what they had seen was actually a child, they turned back to check and confirmed it was a young girl holding a feeding bottle.

The girl was crying for her mother and was carrying a blue towel and a small beaded basket. β€” The Borneo Post
