Stylistically, Maya Hawke likes to bounce around. From geek-chic clashing prints to '30s glamour, androgynous punk, and uptown sophistication, her style repertoire knows no bounds. At her latest appearance in New York City, the actor also proved she can just as easily step into the layered, '60s-inspired look recently favored by Prada, her go-to design house.

At the opening night of the brand’s Prada Mode pop-up at the Hotel Chelsea, Hawke stepped out in a light blue shirtdress that wouldn’t have looked out of place 60 years ago. Her knee-length style included a collared silhouette with a bow-tied waist, layered under a matching 3/4-sleeved coat that, in true Prada fashion, was covered in a pale yellow and white floral print. Naturally, she carried a coordinating Prada bag, as well: a small white version of the label’s signature Galleria tote.

TheStewartofNY/GC Images/Getty Images

While Hawke’s '60s look embraced lighter hues, her footwear grounded her ensemble with an unexpectedly hard edge. The Stranger Things star’s outfit was finished with a low-heeled pair of black pumps from Prada’s fall 2026 collection, cinched with cobalt blue straps atop each of its pointed toes.

Prada Fall 2026 | Courtesy of Prada

That same concept echoes across the event’s guests. While Shailene Woodley and Sophia Lillis opted for summery all-white looks, Molly Gordon and Ella Mendelsohn embraced darker ‘90s-inspired palettes of black and inky blue. With attire spanning casual denim, quirky ‘60s geometric prints, subtle neutral knits, and shimmering party-girl sequins, attendees like Myha’la, AnnaSophia Robb, Allison Williams, and Hunter Schafer also showed a full spectrum of what “Prada” dressing looks like now. While common threads were certainly apparent through colors and accessories, no guest dressed in exactly the same codes or silhouettes—proving the brand’s multi-faceted nature, which Hawke’s embodied wholeheartedly on and off the red carpet.

Now, we’re just waiting to see what Prada look Hawke wears next. Perhaps fall’s enchanting crystal-beaded pumps or feather-covered boots will prove a perfect complement for her next style statement.

Who loves a statement outfit more than Jennifer Lopez? It’s impossible to say. For the woman who put Versace’s plunging jungle-print dress on the map, sky-high heels and rare Hermès bags are truly everyday staples. However, on occasion, the multi-hyphenate will switch up her love of bold glamour for a more subtle, minimalist look—like she just did with a recent outfit change in New York City.

XNY/Star Max/GC Images/Getty Images

Lopez was seen this afternoon in a collarless black cashmere coat from Auter, the chic outerwear label founded by her longtime stylist Rob Zangardi. Her neutral style featured batwing sleeves for an elegantly draped silhouette, which she opted to belt for an even starker appearance. Always one for coordination, Lopez paired the piece with a set of glossy Hardot pumps cinched with gleaming metal bar accents, as well as a soft black leather Balmain Sphynx bag clasped by a gold-topped belt.

The star’s ensemble was given a luxe touch with a vintage gold David Webb collar necklace, black enamel ring, and swirling emerald-accented clip-on earrings, each set with sparkling diamonds and sourced from The Back Vault. Matching gold Katkim and Isabel Delgado cuff bracelets, as well as angular black Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses, cleanly finished her look.

XNY/Star Max/GC Images/Getty Images

The “quiet luxury”-coded attire was a clean break from Lopez’s typically vibrant tastes, but showed her ability to veer against type when getting dressed. However, this wasn’t a full aesthetic overhaul—rather, her latest monochrome ensemble of the day. Earlier this morning, the star first stepped out in a deep ruby-hued snakeskin coat, crocodile-embossed boots, and a similarly textured Birkin bag—naturally, paired with matching sunglasses.

Jose Perez/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images/Getty Images

Recently, Lopez has given her extravagant tastes a corporate touch with outfits incorporating work-friendly separates, knits, and plenty of blazers and suiting. Of course, it’s all in tandem with the corporate undertones of her new Netflix film Office Romance. Workwear’s a natural fit for the multitasking star, however, as she both produced and acted in the project through a landmark Netflix partnership with her company Nuyorican Productions. With the film slated for a June 5 release, it’s anyone’s guess how many corporate-coded looks Lopez will wear in the next 48 hours—but knowing the star’s hardworking nature, she’s certainly up for the challenge.

Playing Leonardo DiCaprio’s teenage daughter in One Battle After Another brought Chase Infiniti to stardom, but last night at the Gotham Television Awards she not only picked up her first major award for a lead role but also entered her leading lady era on the red carpet.

On the red carpet, Infiniti—who won the evening’s Outstanding Lead Performance in a Drama Series trophy for her performance in Hulu’s The Testaments—posed in a light pink Louis Vuitton dress. Her custom style featured a sleeveless silhouette with a smoothly draped train, complemented by a boa crafted from tufts of fabric in the same hue. Stylist duo Wayman Bannerman and Micah McDonald finished her look with a gleaming gold Mejuri collar necklace, featuring a deep green rectangular stone and sparkling diamonds for a dash of geometric sparkle.

Kristina Bumphrey/Variety/Getty Images

The dress’s classic silhouette and updated take on the boar instantly brought to mind old Hollywood glamour, while also continuing Infiniti’s streak as something of a style shape shifter. From mirrored corsetry to three-dimensional florals, the actor’s become known for making elegant, architectural style statements on the red carpet—a rare “chameleon” effect that’s only been seen in stars like Zendaya, Rihanna, and Teyana Taylor.

Kristina Bumphrey/Variety/Getty Images

Infiniti’s pretty pink moment was her latest fashionable outing in recent months. During a busy awards season promoting Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another, Infiniti cemented her status as an artisanal red carpet dresser with architectural and sweeping dresses by Vuitton, Rabanne, and Oscar de la Renta. At this year’s Met Gala, her fashion ties were affirmed with a primary-hued Thom Browne gown embellished with over a million sequins, heralded online as one of the event’s best looks. As summer begins—alongside the possiblity of an Emmy Awards nomination—there’s sure to be more fashionable moments on the horizon for the young star.

Of Course, Rihanna’s Most Lowkey Look Is Still Filled with It Pieces

When it comes to street style, Rihanna’s streak is unmatched. A jaw-dropping assortment of it bags and shoes, plus no shortage of statement jewels, has made the star one to watch off the red carpet over the years. Naturally, even her most under-the-radar outfits still deliver lessons in nonchalant dressing—complete with a hotly-desired accessory or two—as seen in her latest ensemble.

While strolling through New York City, Rihanna wore a white zip-up sweatshirt with trendy wide-leg blue jeans. Her relaxed set was layered beneath a swishing Burberry trench coat, accentuated by a thin gold collar clasp and double-breasted tortoiseshell buttons. Two gleaming gold chain necklaces, a sparkling cocktail ring, and oversized black Tom Ford sunglasses finished her discreet outfit.

XNY/Star Max/GC Images/Getty Images

However, though it was surprisingly simple, Rihanna’s off-duty look was elevated by two luxe and sporty accessories. The first was Miu Miu’s navy and burgundy Drill baseball cap, a soft cotton style embroidered with the brand’s signature rounded lettering. With its soft shape and single-toned colors, the otherwise basic piece was given a luxe touch from Miu Miu’s logo—a theme that’s grown in recent years from viral pieces like the label’s track jackets, rugby shirts, and woven cord keychains.

Rihanna finished her ensemble with a pair of Nike and Jacquemus’ brown Moon sneakers, a retro lace-up style with a ballerina flat-inspired silhouette, smooth nylon paneling, and waffled rubber soles. The star’s whimsically athletic shoes added a comfortable, casual base for her ensemble, while also cementing her affinity for hotly desired accessories. After all, these particular sneakers went viral from a steamy Nicholas Alexander Chavez-fronted campaign when launching last September, and are only currently available on a waitlist basis.

XNY/Star Max/GC Images/Getty Images

As her latest outfit proves, even the most basic ensemble is no match for Rihanna’s keen eye for accessories. That streak’s been building momentum this year, with her envy-inducing bag and shoe collection elevating otherwise plain outfits like a white T-shirt and jeans, a classic blazer and trousers, and off-duty leggings with a leather jacket. With summer on the horizon, there’s certainly more stylish lessons to be learned from Rihanna’s consistently eye-catching street style in the future.

Blackpink is no stranger to the red carpet, and, yet, somehow all four members had never attended the same Met Gala. At least until tonight, when Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé had something of a reunion on fashion’s biggest night. It marked the first time that all four members of the South Korean girl group attended the event at the same time. For Jisoo, it was actually her Met Gala debut. In the process, each of their looks highlighted the “Costume Art”-themed evening’s range of red carpet trends, with plenty of sparkle in tow.

Lisa stepped out in a sweeping sheer white dress by Robert Wun, complete with a long-sleeved bodice and mermaid-style skirt. The piece glittered from sprinklings of white and silver Swarovski crystals, but that wasn’t its most eye-catching element. White arm-shaped sculptures dripping in diamond bracelets were attached to the dress, holding up a matching veil over Lisa to form an abstract statement.

Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images Entertainment/Getty Images

On a darker note, Rosé stepped out in a strapless black Saint Laurent gown by Anthony Vaccarello, featuring a bold thigh-high slit. The piece’s greatest statement came from a massive abstract brooch shaped like a Senfo hornbill, which was covered in dark crystals for added glamour. The bird itself frequently inspired Yves Saint Laurent, and famously appeared as a motif in his spring 1988 collection. The singer’s brooch smoothly aligned with the red carpet’s avian theme of birds and feathers while remaining distinctly minimalist. However, it wasn’t her look’s only glam factor; that went to her glistening diamond Tiffany & Co. collar necklace, whose layered jewels appeared to nod to the spreading of bird wings.

ANGELA WEISS/AFP/Getty Images

Meanwhile, Jennie opted for heavy metals in a shining Chanel dress. Her metallic column style, complete with a cinched bustier bodice, was fully overlaid with shimmering sequined leaves in a range of blue shades. The intricate piece took 540 hours to create, in tandem with creative director Matthieu Blazy’s passion for artisanal craftsmanship. A swinging diamond Chanel High Jewelry earring and diamond ring, complete with a crystal-covered clutch, finished her look with a burst of glamorous sparkle.

Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images Entertainment/Getty Images

Jisoo rounded out the group in her blossoming Dior dress, a sequined style cast in hues of pink, purple, black, and white. The strapless piece was cinched by a sculptural layered waistline, accented—like its upper half—with cascading silk flowers in a similar palette. From far away, the dress appeared to feature a pattern of blossoming floral branches with petals floating down—with the illusion immediately being a work of art itself. A thin, diamond-lined velvet choker, small diamond rings, and ear cuffs from Cartier brought a bejeweled touch to her ensemble, which was one of the latest floral looks to hit the red carpet.

Julian Hamilton/Getty Images Entertainment/Getty Images

Altogether, Blackpink’s four members each delivered singular style statements while remaining in sync with the 2026 Met Gala’s key trends. Allover sparkle, sheer “naked” textures, avian and floral motifs, and sculptural accents have spread across this year’s carpet on a range of guests, from Nicole Kidman to Zoë Kravitz, Emma Chamberlain, and more. Together, Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé proved their penchant for keeping up with of-the-moment looks for fashion’s biggest night. Blackpink in your area, indeed.

Train travel is timeless. So was Simone Ashley’s velvet stunner of a dress. The Devil Wears Prada 2 star was one of several celebrity guests aboard the Belmond British Pullman luxury train on May 9 to celebrate the new private dining car, Celia. To fit the glamorous vintage aesthetic, Ashley opted for a textured gold velvet dress with an asymmetrical neckline from Donna Karan’s fall 2001 collection.

She paired the dress with dramatic gold chandelier earrings that just brushed her shoulders. Over top, Ashley wore a shaggy boho coat in a charcoal and white pattern with a fluffy collar and cuffs. She left her hair down in beachy waves and wore smokey eyeliner with a nude lip.

As for the matter of this luxury dinning car, Celia was imagined by Baz Luhrmann and his wife and creative partner, Catherine Martin. The British Pullman is composed of restored 1920s and 1930s carriages, maintaining classic Art Deco interiors. It runs seasonally, taking guests on excursions to Oxford, Canterbury, and Bath. This is not the train’s first collaboration with a filmmaker. The British Pullman also features the Cygnus carriage, which was designed by Wes Anderson.

Guests for the special night boarded at London Victoria station for a champagne reception. They then enjoyed a three-course meal, music, and cocktails, followed by an afterparty at Mark’s Club.

The big event was cohosted by Anna Wintour, and also attended by Roger Federer, Tom Ford, Stella McCartney, Alexa Chung, Emma Corrin, Mirka Federer, Anna Shaffer, Harry Lambert, Jonathan Yeo, Francesca Hayward, Valene Kane, Julia Hobbs, Tish Weinstock, and Cesar Corrales.

Ashley has been lending her sparkle to red carpet events the past few months, as The Devil Wears Prada 2 has rolled out across Europe and the U.S. But her look at the Met Gala on May 4 was especially jaw-dropping. The star wore a draped chain gown from Stella McCartney.

She accessorized with diamond earrings and bracelets from De Beers and a pair of silver Stuart Weitzman heels. In an interview with Vogue UK earlier this year, she shared, “The older I get, the more confident I feel. I’m loving a ’90s vibe at the moment—it makes me feel so chic.”

Kate Middleton is no stranger to recycling styles from her wardrobe for public appearances, which she did again this morning in London. Making an appearance at the University of East London to launch the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood’s new “Foundations for Life: A Guide to Social and Emotional Development” initiative, Middleton was sharply dressed in a light tan suit by Roland Mouret. If you’d seen it before, its because she fist debuted it back in 2023.

Middleton’s suit encompassed a tailored blazer and high-waisted trousers, which she layered over a silky white collared blouse. She opted to keep her accessories minimal, only pairing the set with small pearly drop earrings and smooth brown leather Ralph Lauren pumps. In fact, the shoes were also a style Middleton’s reworn numerous times.

Her suit, meanwhile, was first spotted in 2023—also worn with a white top and pointed-toe pumps—during a meeting with frontline staff of the Streets of Growth program in London. When making appearances on the behalf of charities, Middleton likes to keep the focous of her own clothing. Yet, even when dressed in sharly tailored neutrals, she still makes a statement.

The royal also accessorized with her go-to gold Daniella Draper necklace, accented with letter pendants representing her children’s names. Like her shoes, Middleton’s jewelry has been part of numerous outfits since she was first seen wearing the piece last year.

The moment also continued Middleton’s suiting streak. Apart from her rotation of tea-length dresses, the royal often favors a coordinated suit in a range of colors from labels including Alexander McQueen, Emilia Wickstead, and Holland Cooper. Naturally, most have been re-worn for various occasions, similarly to her tan Mouret set.

Since wedding Prince William in 2011, Middleton’s become known for re-wearing her clothes across a wide range of occasions, from the red carpet to nonprofit visits. This Easter, she stepped out in a belted Self-Portrait blazer and dress that she first wore in 2022. Earlier in the year, the white Chris Karr coat from her 2023 Christmas service outfit was repurposed to celebrate the Hindu festival of holi with British Indian citizens, as well. This latest look shows that her upcycled fashion ethos is only growing, maintaining both responsible sustainability and polished style.

The “ladies who lunch” have a bold new member: Zoë Kravitz. Last night, the actor channeled socialite style for a pre-Met Gala dinner at Anna Wintour’s home. While she referenced the uptown girls of yore, Kravitz chose to ditched their hallmark pearls, sweater sets, and low-slung heels entirely, favoring a sultrier aesthetic instead.

For the event, Kravitz stepped out in a full Saint Laurent look by Anthony Vaccarello—who she’ll be co-chairing the Gala’s host committee with this evening. Her ensemble, hailing from the designer’s fall 2026 collection, featured a shimmering gold cable-knit cardigan with a fluffy brown fur collar and cuffs. The glamorous knitwear was layered over a gauzy yellow miniskirt, complete with gold floral embroidery mimicking the swirling patterns of vintage lace.

Jason Howard/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images/Getty Images

Kravitz leaned into her look’s warm tones with a brown suede flap clutch, also from Saint Laurent. Its greatest edge, however, came from her glossy slingback pumps—a dynamic style with dramatically elongated toes, all crafted from clear PVC. Dark, oval-shaped sunglasses added to the nonchalantly cool feel of Kravitz’s personal style. Of course, her outfit wasn’t complete without her newest accessory from fiancé Harry Styles: a sparkling Jessica McCormack engagement ring, set with an eye-catching 9-carat diamond.

Jason Howard/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images/Getty Images

While Kravitz’s outfit included classic core “ladies who lunch” separates, the pieces’ drama was far from the preppy attire seen on groups at Le Bilboquet and Ladurée. In fact, her attire’s touches of glitz and see-through textures gave her look a sensual edge. It also cleverly nodded to spring’s “naked” dressing trend that’s extended to lace and sheer fabrics, which Met host committee member Sabrina Carpenter explored at the same dinner.

Kravitz’s ensemble emphasized her penchant for edgy and unexpected statements, which goes hand-in-hand with the effortless cool of her street style. As proven by her last ten Met Gala red carpets, the star’s never shied away from taking a risk—whether through chainmail, high-slit lace, or skin-baring crystals. Her dinnertime look cemented that streak, while affirming there’s always more to her outfits than meets the eye—a theme that’s sure to continue with tonight’s “Fashion is Art” dress code on the Met steps.

With her honed understanding of colors and silhouettes, Queen Letizia of Spain knows how to deliver a sophisticated fashion statement for any occasion. During her latest appearance as a presenter for the Luis Carandell Parliamentary Journalism Awards, the royal continued that ethos with a burst of bright color, thanks to a sharp outfit that embraced one of her go-to hues.

For the awards, Letizia opted to wear a streamlined red midi dress with a sharp front pleat and short, flared sleeves. Her single-toned piece was accessorized with a smooth, flap-style leather clutch, as well as practical square-toed slingback pumps with short block heels. A small pair of gold drop earrings completed her minimalist ensemble with an elegant glint.

Carlos Alvarez/Getty Images Entertainment/Getty Images

During the event, she presented awards to journalists Paloma Cervilla and Hector Esteban Garcia for their political and parliamentary coverage. The annual awards, named after a legendary Spanish journalist, honor those working in print, television, and radio. It’s a cause close to the queen’s heart. Before marrying then–Prince Felipe in 2004, Letizia was a newspaper and newswire journalist who worked in both Spain and Mexico before moving her way up to on-air anchor positions at CNN+ and the Spanish network TVE. And if you think about the old joke that newpapers are “black, white, and red all over,” it makes sense that the queen should dress in red all over too.

Europa Press Entertainment/Europa Press/Getty Images

Red’s become a signature hue in Letizia’s wardrobe over the years, with her latest look ensuring it isn’t leaving her rotation anytime soon. The queen has worn the color across suiting and formalwear for occasions spanning university visits, a visit to the Bank of Spain, and more. In fact, it’s even present in her royal portrait, photographed by Annie Leibovitz, affirming her commitment to primary-hued fashion.

Letizia’s latest monochrome outfit showed that single-tone dressing can utilize color while remaining clean and sharp, and simultaneously avoid being either too casual or too formal. While numerous recent events have seen celebrities reverting to all-black palettes, the royal’s ensemble proved that rich, bright colors are still worth championing—and look especially flattering from head to toe. Perhaps other stars can take a note from her well-heeled book before their next red carpet outings.

As Kaia Gerber’s proven on multiple occasions, sleekly minimalist fashion can fit a wide array of dress codes and events. Her latest, courtesy of Alaïa, added a sharp edge to her darker style streak, bringing it an additional dimension.

In Paris, Gerber stepped out for the Snap Inc-sponsored luanch of artist JR’s takeover of the Pont Neuf bridge, stepped out in an ensemble featuring a draped brown jersey skirt and strapless black leather bodice. The piece’s bustier-style top included a row of small, paneled cutouts down its center, bringing the design a sultry touch.

Luc Castel/Getty Images Entertainment/Getty Images

For an effortless complement, Gerber’s sleek attire was paired with a tousled hairstyle and french-tipped pedicure. Her look was complete with a muted rose-pink lip color—an evergreen shade that’s grown popular through recent launches by Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass Cosmetics, bareMinerals, Bobbi Brown, and more.

Gerber finished her ensemble by slipping on a pair of black leather open-toed mules. The style added a streamlined, barely-there base for her outfit from their stiletto heels and thin, subtly curved straps. While matching her outfit’s darker tones, the style was also one that Gerber’s worn before. Earlier this spring, the star stepped out in a similar pair of heels while promoting her upcoming role in FX’s The Shards during the Disney Upfronts in New York City, as well.

TheStewartofNY/WireImage/Getty Images

With its mixed textures and nonchalantly slick cutouts, Gerber’s Alaïa look brought a new addition to her recent fashion repertoire. This year, she’s embraced a darker neutral color palette across an assortment of lacy dresses and crop top sets on the red carpet, hailing from labels including Givenchy and Jacquemus. While off-duty, hints of classic white and blue denim have still shown that Gerber can embrace her carefree California roots, as well—an aesthetic that’s also signature to her supermodel mom Cindy Crawford. As The Shards premiere approaches this fall, Gerber’s sure to have plenty of darkly chic looks in store for the red carpet. How and if they add to her current range, however, remains to be seen.
