Netflixβs βPeaky Blindersβ Reboot Officially Expands With a βGame of Thronesβ Legend
2026 has been a big year for Peaky Blinders fans, who were ushered back to Birmingham for the final chapter of Tommy Shelbyβs story. Earlier this year, Netflix released Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, a sequel film set years after the events of Season 6 that returned stars such as Cillian Murphy as Thomas Shelby and even Stephen Graham as Hayden Stagg. Not long after the global premiere of The Immortal Man, Netflix confirmed that it is actively developing a new Peaky Blinders sequel series, which will be set in 1953, around 10 years after The Immortal Man. The first two names attached to star in the show were Jamie Bell and Charlie Heaton. Bell is taking over the role of Duke Shelby from Barry Keoghan, and Heaton is known for his role in Stranger Things.
