A week after three-year-old Ava Ciampini died following a tragic accident involving a bouncy castle at a community event, her father has spoken publicly for the first time.

Flowers, stuffed animals and handwritten notes were laid as mourners paid tribute to Ava Ciampini, who was critically injured on May 31.
