A private credit fund jointly managed by Future Standard and KKR & Co. is looking to sell at least $400 million of junk bonds, according to people familiar with the matter, in a rare high-yield offering by a publicly traded credit fund.

KKR’s Nuttall Says Trading Private Credit Is β€˜Likely to Happen’

KKR & Co.’s co-chief executive officer Scott Nuttall said it was likely that the alternative asset manager would eventually start trading private credit, following early efforts by Apollo Global Management Inc. to create a market for less liquid debt.
