The MV Hondius, which had carried passengers infected with the virus, anchored off Spain’s Canary Islands on Sunday. Evacuations of other passengers were expected through Monday evening, officials said.

The cruise ship will arrive on the island of Tenerife, part of the Canary Islands of Spain, officials said. All of the passengers will then be evacuated to their home countries.
