Nobody likes it when their chosen form of transportation breaks down - and regardless of how it's powered, the risk it might need a tow is still there.

So today, after reading some pretty horrifying accounts recently of tow truck drivers failing to properly tow EVs and plug-ins, Nikki has a question for you: have you encountered a tow truck driver who didn't understand how to tow an EV? Or perhaps you've encountered one that was an amazing expat?
