Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi Grab Dinner During Montecito Date Night

Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi appear to be spending more time together than ever.

Photos published by TMZ on Sunday, May 24, seemingly showed the model, 30, standing inside a Montecito restaurant with the Euphoria actor, 28. According to the outlet, the pair dropped into the eatery “with pals” in what was a “double date” before they left together in Elordi’s car.

In the snaps, Kendall appeared to be in conversation with Elordi before the duo, who remained standing beside one another, turned their attention elsewhere.

The photos come after Us Weekly reported last week that the pair’s romance has become more serious than initially thought. “Kendall and Jacob have become very close recently,” a source exclusively told Us on Wednesday, May 20, before reflecting on their recent trip to Hawaii.

Inside Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi’s ‘Fun’ New Romance

“They were excited to get away to Hawaii and have some downtime together,” the insider stated. “This has been going on since January, but things are progressing, and they have been consistently seeing each other when they can. It is much more serious now, without a label.”

A photo published by TMZ on Sunday, May 17, showed a bikini-clad Kendall and a shirtless Elordi engaged in conversation while seated on a Hawaiian beach. The photo arrived two days after they were individually photographed grabbing breakfast from a farm on the island of Kaua’i.

The source told Us that the pair are enjoying getting to know each other. “Kendall especially likes that Jacob is very funny and easy to be around, and she seems really happy and relaxed when she’s with him,” the insider stated. “They’ve been spending more private time together behind the scenes and have become much more comfortable in each other’s inner circles.”

Kendall’s circle includes sister Kylie Jenner, who was spotted on a double date in Los Angeles with Kendall and Elordi, as well as Kylie’s boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, on May 16. “It has really worked out that they can hang out with Kylie and Timothée, and it has been so fun for all of them to be together,” the source explained to Us. “The group dynamic has made things even easier because there’s no pressure and everyone gets along naturally. They’ve been enjoying low-key dinners and just hanging out at home casually.”

Elordi and Kendall were first romantically linked during the first Coachella weekend after they attended Justin Bieber’s headlining set. Another source told Us at the time that sparks had flown between the pair after forming a friendship long ago.

“They have known each other socially for years now and have hung out in similar circles, but it became romantic recently,” the insider said at the time, adding then that Kendall thought Elordi was “a really cool and down-to-earth guy.”

Lea Michele's 'Chess' Closing Early After Her Tony Awards Nomination Snub

The Broadway revival of Chess will close earlier than scheduled.

According to a report by Variety, published on Tuesday, May 26, the show will see curtains fall for good on June 21 when its star, Lea Michele, was already confirmed to be departing the production.

The news comes after the Cold War musical, which debuted in London’s West End in May 1986, failed to garner a 2026 Tony Award nomination in the category of Best Performance by an Actress in Leading Role in a Musical despite widespread acclaim directed at Michele, 39.

The snub came amid the production attracting five 2026 Tony Award nominations in other categories: Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for Michele’s costar Nicholas Christopher’s work, Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role for Bryce Pinkham’s work, Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role for Hannah Cruz’s work, Best Orchestrations and Best Lighting Design of a Musical.

Lea Michele's Son Ever, 2, Hospitalized for 'Scary Health Issue'

The original plan for Chess was for Michele to be replaced by Joanna “Jojo” Levesque in the role of Florence Vassy as the production ran until “at least September,” per the outlet.

It also noted that Chess has “struggled to maintain momentum, with attendance dropping to roughly 70% capacity in recent weeks.” Michele’s leading costar Aaron Tveit was also snubbed in May when the 2026 Tony Awards nominations were announced.

Chess producers Tom Hulce and Robert Ahrens, as well as The Shubert Organization, Broadway’s oldest professional theatre company, shared a statement on the show’s closing with the outlet. “To see longtime fans and first-time audiences alike embrace this production so wholeheartedly has been incredibly rewarding for everyone involved and a powerful reminder of why Chess has endured for so many years,” the statement read. “Bringing Chess back to Broadway for the first time in nearly 40 years has been an enormous privilege, and we are extremely proud of everything this production accomplished during its historic Broadway run.”

Lea Michele Through the Years: From ‘Glee’ Star to 'Funny Girl' Lead

Michele spoke to Us Weekly in July 2025 about starring in Chess, her sixth Broadway show, while raising a young family. The actress shares two children with husband Zandy Reich: son Ever, 5, and daughter Emery, 21 months.

“I’m constantly learning and growing and asking advice from moms around me, working mothers, like, ‘How do you do this?’ and, ‘How do you balance it all?’” the Glee alum told Us at the time. “[I’m] really trying to prepare my family as best I can for me approaching my work and keep myself as present as possible when I’m home with my family, and then as present as I can be when I’m at work.”

She continued, “It’s not about perfection, it’s about being present. That’s what I just try to remember as much as I can.”

Meghan Markle Shares Rare Glimpses of Home Life With Prince Harry and Kids

Meghan Markle is celebrating the arrival of a new season with a rare look into her home life with Prince Harry and their children.

Markle, 44, took to Instagram on Tuesday, June 9, to post a carousel of candid photos snapped throughout the couple’s idyllic home in Montecito, California.

“Springing into summer 🌼,” the Duchess of Sussex captioned the post, which opened with a black-and-white snap of herself lying on the grass with a straw hat, concealing her face as she sprawled beside a bunch of fresh-cut blooms.

Another shot captured Harry, 41, kicking a super-sized soccer ball around the grass with the couple’s son, Archie, 7, while another image showed their daughter, Lilibet, 5, wearing a white T-shirt emblazoned with an illustration of Beyoncé. “B if for Beyoncé,” read a line of text above the drawing, which also depicted large hoop earrings that read “Queen Bey” from left to right.

A second black-and-white shot showed Markle and Harry from behind, seated on a bench seemingly amid a workout as Markle rested her sneaker-clad feet up next to her as she cuddled Harry, who wore a backwards cap.

Additional photos in the carousel showed the couple’s rescue beagle, Mamma Mia, sleeping under the sunshine just off the home’s porch, a bird’s nest filled with three white eggs and later with three baby birds, Markle rocking a double denim ensemble and slicing onions in the kitchen, and a basket haul of fresh vegetables and fruit seemingly harvested from the family’s garden.

Just five days prior, Markle celebrated Lilibet’s 5th birthday with a smaller Instagram carousel that showed both the youngster exploring a lush green garden and her being doted on by her beaming parents. “Our dream girl,” Markle captioned the post. “Happy 5th birthday, Lili.”

Markle and Harry tied the knot on May 19, 2018, at Windsor Castle’s St George’s Chapel in England. They celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary the same month that they welcomed Archie into the world. The following year, the pair announced their decision to step back as senior members of the royal family before relocating to the U.S. permanently.

News broke in August, 2020, that the couple had purchased a $14.65 million home in Montecito. A source told Us Weekly at the time, “Montecito is only just over an hour’s drive from L.A., which is where a majority of their work is based, yet far enough away to escape the crowds, paparazzi and tourism in Hollywood.”

We Think We Spy Prince Archie in New Home Footage Shared by Meghan Markle

Lilibet arrived in June 2021. The pair shared via a statement posted to their philanthropy website at the time, “On June 4th, we were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili. She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we’ve felt from across the globe. Thank you for your continued kindness and support during this very special time for our family.”

The couple added that their daughter’s first name was chosen to honor her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, who died at the age of 96 in September 2022. She had held the family nickname, Lilibet, herself.

Taylor Swift Snaps Selfies as Travis Kelce's Date at George Karlaftis' Wedding

As Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding approaches, the singer got into the spirit of things at the nuptials of a fellow couple.

Two selfies snapped by Swift, 36, captured her enjoying the festivities of Kansas City Chiefs’ George Karlaftis’ May 9 wedding to Kaia Harris, with the pop star posing alongside guests as she grinned and puckered up her lips for the camera.

Shared via an X fan account on Tuesday, May 19, the photos showed Swift, who is set to marry Kelce, also 36, this summer, rocking her signature cat eye and red lip makeup, wispy bangs, a pendant necklace and drop earrings as four delighted guests beamed beside her.

An additional snap from the night, shared in a separate post via the same X fan account, provided a full-length look at Swift’s selected gown: a “Blue Mermaid” silk-linen Zimmermann dress from the Australian label’s 2026 Cruise Collection that features a flare skirt and corset bodice.

Chiefs Schedule Seems to Confirm Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift’s Wedding Date

The “Opalite” hitmaker paired the ethereal design with white peep-toe heels.

A report by People, published on May 11, detailed that Karlaftis, 25, and Harris’ wedding was a three-day celebration staged in Greece that drew 220 guests to Glyfada’s One&Only Aesthesis resort.

Karlaftis, a defensive end for the Chiefs, reflected on his big day while speaking to the outlet after everyone had returned home. “I didn’t know how everyone would blend, bringing our Greek family and friends, and all of our friends from different parts of our lives, together,” the athlete said. “The first night, I had 25 different worlds colliding. We have such cool friends, and the people we invited were just the best; everyone got along, made new friends, and danced together. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and night, honestly.”

Last month, Us Weekly exclusively revealed details into Swift and Kelce’s own upcoming wedding, which is set to be staged in Rhode Island on June 13. A source told Us that the festivities will likely be split between Swift’s $189 million Rhode Island mansion and a local five-star resort, Ocean House. “The guest list grew, so the ceremony and private gatherings associated with the wedding [will be split between the venues],” the insider said while cautioning that the singer may still have other places in mind. “Taylor always has a plan B and C for every scenario.”

Another source told Us that the couple, who announced their engagement in August 2025, have invited about 150 guests. “It won’t be a huge wedding, but there will be many celebrities,” the insider said.

The first source added that the wedding will not be a “massive blow-out” and haven’t mailed hard copy invitations to loved ones. Additionally, Us learned that Swift will get ready with her BFFs despite not having any formal bridesmaids. “She has already asked her close girlfriends, like Selena [Gomez] and Gigi [Hadid], to sleep over at her Rhode Island home the night before the wedding.”

Mandy Moore Details ‘Unsuccessful’ IVF Before Getting Pregnant With 3rd Child

Mandy Moore has opened up about IVF struggles she experienced before welcoming her third child with husband Taylor Goldsmith.

During the Tuesday, June 2, episode of the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, Moore, 42, told host Amanda Hirsch that after she gave birth to sons Gus, 5, and Ozzie, 3, she did one round of in vitro fertilization (IVF) in the hope of freezing her eggs for future use.

“I had the extreme privilege of being able to get pregnant and carry both of my boys … so, I did a round of IVF and it was unsuccessful. We didn’t get any viable eggs, no embryos,” the This Is Us alum said. “So I was like, ‘This just settles that. If this is something that’s meant to be, it will happen naturally, otherwise I am so grateful and so happy with these two guys and our family will be complete.’”

Moore and Goldsmith welcomed their third child, daughter Louise, in September 2024. “Lou just had to show up,” she told Hirsch, 37. “She showed up very, very surprisingly. We were not trying, but obviously we were open to it because of the IVF of it all.”

Why Mandy Moore's 3rd Pregnancy Is ‘Not for the Faint of Heart’

Moore added that news of her pregnancy with Louise, 21 months, was so unexpected because she had mentally prepared herself for a life with just two children, not three. “I was like, ‘OK, I am totally satisfied.’ I tried that and [I was] really grateful that I have my boys,” she recalled.

The “Candy” hitmaker has been candid in detailing her fertility issues over the years. In 2021, she spoke publicly about the difficulty she experienced amid a possible endometriosis diagnosis while trying to conceive her first son. Three years later, after the safe arrival of both of her boys, she took to Instagram to reflect on the prospect of being unable to conceive.

Mandy Moore and Husband Taylor Goldsmith’s Family Album

“There was a time when I thought I might not be able to have kids, Moore began in a January 2024 post. “I remember when the doctor told me there was a slim chance of getting pregnant … and then lo and behold, to our surprise, I became pregnant with Gus.”

In her new interview with Hirsch, Moore noted that she is “still recovering” from having three babies in three and a half years, but noted how fortunate she feels to have grown her family without the threat of any pregnancy and postpartum complications. “I do feel lucky that … pregnancy was very easy for me,” she said. “I didn’t suffer from any sort of postpartum symptoms and stuff. I feel like I had a relatively easy journey, all things considered.”

Mackenzie Shirilla's Dad Argues Friend 'Never' Would've Been in Murder Plan

Mackenzie Shirilla’s father, Steve Shirilla, defended his daughter, arguing that her late friend Davion Flanagan never would have been included in a plot to murder her boyfriend, Dominic Russo.

Steve — who has been vocal in his support of Mackenzie, 21, as she serves two concurrent sentences of 15 years to life for the July 2022 deaths of Russo and Flanagan — detailed his theory during the Wednesday, May 27, episode of True Crime This Week.

“I’ve asked her, ‘Did you do this on purpose?’ And she goes, ‘No,’” Steve said on the podcast, which James Renner hosts. “I would think if my daughter was that mad, that mad at that boy [Russo] to want to kill him that way, Davion would have never been in the car. This makes no sense.”

Steve continued, “Something happened in that car. No one’s ever going to know. She’s innocent of the charges they put upon her.”

Mackenzie Shirilla Claims She Was the '3rd Victim' of Fatal Car Crash

Mackenzie was convicted of 12 felony charges, including murder, during a 2023 bench trial after driving her Toyota Camry at approximately 100 mph in Strongsville, Ohio, and hitting a brick wall with Russo and Flanagan in the vehicle.

Mackenzie, who was 17 at the time, was the only one to survive the crash, which is the subject of Netflix’s new documentary The Crash. She has maintained her innocence and claimed she cannot remember the incident.

Steve is also featured in The Crash, which premiered on the streaming service on May 15, showing support for his daughter even when Mackenzie’s marijuana use was explored. (Cannabis was detected in Mackenzie’s system at the time of the incident.)

Mackenzie Shirilla Worries About Having 'Kids' During Jail Call With Mom

“I don’t have a problem with her smoking dope,” Steve said in the documentary. “If you’re going to smoke a drug, that’s the one I believe you should take.” The comments resulted in him being put on leave from his art and digital media teaching job at Cleveland’s Mary Queen of Peace School.

Mackenzie recently spoke about her post-prison plans should she ever get an early release. “I’mma be a life coach and stuff,” she told her mom, Natalie Shirilla, during a phone call from the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville, Ohio, according to a Saturday, May 30, report by TMZ. “I’m just going to be everything. I’mma do everything.” (Mackenzie is not eligible for parole until October 2037.)

Mackenzie Shirilla's Former Inmate Claims She Had No 'Remorse' for Crime

Records obtained by Us Weekly show that Mackenzie has faced multiple disciplinary actions while in prison, including for a NSFW video call in 2025 during which she allegedly showed her breasts to a visitor who flashed “a dildo sticking out of her pants twice.”

Other alleged incidents included the 2024 possession of altered clothing and four “nude magazine pictures.”

Lily Phillips Emotionally Reacts to a Bridesmaid Invitation From Annie Knight

Lily Phillips is set to serve as one of fellow OnlyFans model Annie Knight’s bridesmaids.

In an Instagram video posted by Knight, 29, on Sunday, May 24, an emotional Phillips, 24, was seen accepting her friend’s invitation to accompany her down the aisle when she marries Henry Brayshaw on Australia’s Gold Coast in October.

The clip starts with a squealing Phillips accepting a package from Knight. “For me?” the British social media star asks the Australian social media star. “For you!” Knight responds. After Phillips reads a card penned by her friend, she wraps her arms around Knight to give her a warm embrace. “I’m going to cry,” Phillips tells Knight as she wipes beneath her eye. “That’s so cute.”

Phillips, who has more than 1.6 million fans on Instagram alone, then proceeds to open wrapped objects within the parcel from Knight, who has more than 290,000 Instagram followers of her own. “Right, cut the cameras,” she tells Knight after giving her another hug.

Breaking Down Annie Knight and Bonnie Blue's Feud: A Timeline

Knight, who recently revealed that she will have six bridesmaids at her wedding, captioned the clip, “Enough bridesmaids to start an army 😂 but wouldn’t have it any other way,” to which Phillips later commented, “Best day ever!!! So so honour [sic].”

Phillips’ acceptance within Knight’s bridal party comes after Knight said in November 2025 that several of her closest friends were forced to decline invitations to serve as Knight’s bridesmaids. “They were devastated,” Knight told Australian news outlet Mamamia at the time, explaining that her friends’ bosses were worried about what it would look like for them to be associated with her. “It wasn’t a decision they made lightly. They were honored to be chosen, but ultimately, due to their own careers, they couldn’t be featured so close to me.”

OnlyFans’ Bonnie Locket Announces Plans to Marry Herself After Divorce

Knight, who made global headlines after successfully sleeping with 583 men in six hours, said that despite questioning everything about her friendships, she ultimately accepted her friends’ decisions. “Now it’s easy for me to understand and accept. I know how important careers are. If there was ever a situation where my career was at stake, I’d do anything I could to save [it],” she told the outlet.

Knight and Brayshaw met while working together at a pub in Melbourne, Australia, in 2016. They struck up a romance in March 2025 and got engaged quickly. Knight told Us Weekly in May 2025 that the pair are perfect for each other. “A lot of people are like, ‘I don’t understand how this works.’ But we do, and that’s what’s important and that’s why it is so perfect, because we understand it,” Knight told Us at the time. “I just immediately knew it was a yes. I’m really excited to marry him.”

Katherine Short’s Autopsy Report Reveals New Details About Death

An autopsy report has revealed new details into the death of Martin Short’s daughter, Katherine Short.

The report, filed in the wake of Katherine’s February 23 death and obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, May 26, stated that Martin, 76, phoned a friend of Katherine’s to request he “check on her welfare” after the actor failed to hear from his daughter in “over 24 hours.”

Per the report, “multiple notes were located at the scene believed to have been left by” Katherine, which she “posted on the door,” and later discovered by the friend, causing him to phone 911.

The Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner’s summary also reported that Katherine “had a history of depression and other mental health illnesses” for many years. The summary noted that at the time of her death, Katherine tested positive for benzodiazepines, which the Cleveland Clinic describes as a class of prescription medication “that slow down activity in your brain and nervous system.”

Martin Short’s Daughter Katherine Was Reportedly Found With a ‘Note’ Nearby

Katherine’s death was ruled a suicide. She was 42 years old.

A representative for Martin, who shared Katherine with his late wife, Nancy Dolman, shared a statement with Us confirming his daughter’s death in February. “It is with profound grief that we confirm the passing of Katherine Hartley Short. The Short family is devastated by this loss and asks for privacy at this time,” the statement read. “Katherine was beloved by all and will be remembered for the light and joy she brought into the world.”

Martin broke his silence on the news during an interview with CBS Sunday Morning on May 10, telling the outlet that his family have experienced a “nightmare.” The interview also touched on Dolman’s 2010 death at the age of 58 following a battle with ovarian cancer.

Katherine Short's Death Certificate Reveals New Details After Suicide at 42

“The understanding [is] that mental health and cancer, like my wife’s, are both diseases, and sometimes with diseases they are terminal,” Martin said. “My daughter fought for a long time with extreme mental health, borderline personality disorder, [and] other things, and did the best she could until she couldn’t.”

Martin also told The New York Times, in an article published five days later, that he saw a parallel between his late wife and late daughter’s deaths, revealing that Dolman had asked him, “Martin, let me go,” just prior to her death.

“Katherine was saying: ‘Dad, let me go,’” he said comparatively. “I don’t see any difference between mental illness as a disease and cancer as a disease. In some cases, both are terminal. And in some cases, both are survivable.”

Martin Short’s Daughter Showed 'No Indication' She Was Struggling Before Death

The actor, who also shared sons Oliver, 40, and Henry, 36, with Dolman, told the New York Times that losing his child was different from losing his wife. “This is your child,” he told the outlet. “I am trying to head toward the light.”

It’s okay to smile again after making mistakes. Today is the last day of mental health awareness month and just know if you’re out there struggling you’re not alone.”

This is hard to share because it’s hard to come to terms with.”

Morgan Wallen Breaks Silence With Sarcastic Remark After Flipping Over Piano

Morgan Wallen has issued his first public remark after upturning a piano while performing on stage in Denver, Colorado.

Wallen, 33, took to TikTok four days after the Empower Field at Mile High concert to share a sarcastic response to the Friday, May 29, incident. “Hey, I just want you guys to know that right now this piano is working,” he told fans while tapping the keys of a piano. After seemingly filming the clip in his dressing room one night after the incident occurred, Wallen added, “That’s what they told me last night, too.”

The country music star also captioned the video, “Can’t you tell I’m so distraught over my piano?”

Wallen, who is currently touring his 23-stadium Still The Problem Tour across the U.S., had appeared frustrated on Friday night just ahead of performing his hit song “Sand In My Boots.” In footage shared via social media and multiple news outlets, the musician seemed to be unable to hear his piano through ear pieces.

Morgan Wallen’s Ups and Downs Through the Years

The technical mishap led to him pushing the instrument along the stage before flipping it over completely. He then performed the track a cappella.

Us Weekly reached out to representatives for Wallen at the time but did not hear back.

Fans took to Wallen’s TikTok video to comment on his cheeky response, with one person writing in the comments section, “I love seeing you clap back,” and another writing, “Hah! I was there … great concert!”

The praise follows criticism of Wallen’s piano flip, with fans expressing their disapproval across social media in light of the video circulating online. “Grown professional if you can believe it,” wrote one Instagram user, while another wrote, “From chairs in the streets of Nashville to flipping pianos. Wow, anger management may help. What a baby.”

Morgan Wallen Arrested After Allegedly Throwing Chair at Bar: See Mugshot

The incident comes after a long run of controversial headlines sparked by Wallen since he rose to fame on season 6 of The Voice in 2014. He was arrested in May 2020 for public intoxication and disorderly conduct while partying at Kid Rock’s Nashville bar, Big Honky Tonk. Wallen was later cleared of both charges and apologized for his actions via X, then known as Twitter.

He also claimed that year to have lost a Saturday Night Live hosting gig after he was seen out without a face mask and kissing multiple women at college bars. (COVID-19 pandemic mask mandates were in force at the time.)

Morgan Wallen Tosses Phone Offstage After the Device Hits Him Mid-Song

When he did make his SNL debut as a musical guest in March 2025, he ruffled feathers again by abruptly walking off the stage prior to the show’s end credits rolling — a rare move by any cast member, let alone guest.

Wallen was also the subject of 2021 headlines after TMZ published footage of him using the N-word publicly amid widespread racial tension following the murder of George Floyd. He later apologized for using the word before promising to “do better.”

Ashley Tisdale Reveals Why She Won't Let Her Daughters Attend Sleepovers

Ashley Tisdale French is explaining why she won’t allow her daughters to attend sleepovers.

The High School Musical star, 40, who shares two daughters, Jupiter, 5, and Emerson, 20 months, with husband Christpher French, explained her reasoning via a Tuesday, May 26, blog post on By Ashley French.

“I’m just not a fan of sleepovers,” Tisdale French wrote. “As a parent, it comes down to this: You can know someone well and still not really know them. You just don’t always know who people are in their home. You don’t know how parents talk to each other, how they handle conflict, who else has access to the home… the list goes on.”

The post continued, “A family can seem lovely from the outside, and most are. But the risk of getting it wrong isn’t one I’m willing to take.

Ashley Tisdale Addresses Rumors Mandy Moore, Hilary Duff Are 'Toxic' Mom Friends

The actress stated that while her stance may sound “dramatic,” and that plenty of children “have fun” at sleepovers, she stands by the belief that if danger presents itself, “statistically, it’s rarely due to a stranger.”

Tisdale French also recalled a childhood experience of her own that left her feeling far from comfortable about sleepovers. “One time, I was staying over at my best friend’s house at the same time that her older brother had a bunch of friends over. They were probably around 10 years old,” she wrote in the blog. “I thought I’d slept soundly through the night, but the next morning, they all thought it was hilarious that I had gone sleepwalking. I remember feeling really weird and vulnerable about having no memory of that.”

Despite declaring a firm opinion on allowing children to stay overnight at another family’s home, Tisdale French reiterated that she’s determined to help her daughters have fun with friends and has come up with a sleepover alternative. “This is the plan. Some of my friends and I have decided that when our girls are older, we’ll do some group getaways. The moms can get away from the house for a night, bring the kids, and they can have a sleepover in the same space,” she wrote. “Maybe an Airbnb or hotel rooms with a shared door. The kids can have their independence and fun while the parents unwind nearby. That feels different and doable.”

What Really Happened Between Ashley Tisdale, Hilary Duff and Mandy Moore

Tisdale French’s exploration of parenthood will soon extend to her professional life. She revealed in February that she will star in and executive produce a comedy for CBS that will center on coparenting with an ex.

Her parenting views had attracted headlines one month prior when she blasted her mom group as “toxic” in an essay for The Cut. The January piece did not name any moms but online speculation pointed to celebrities including Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore and Meghan Trainor who all enjoyed early motherhood alongside Tisdale French, as documented via social media.

A rep for Tisdale French denied insinuation towards Duff, 38, Moore, 42, and Trainor, 32, at the time, but all three have reacted to the essay in recent months.

Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman Details Caring for Mom Amid Parkinson's

Little Big Town’s Kimberly Schlapman has opened up about caring for her mom, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

“It’s 24-hour care,” Schlapman, 56, told USA Today in an interview published on Saturday, May 30, of the experience she’s undertaken since her 78-year-old mother Barbara’s diagnosis was presented about 20 years ago.

“When she was diagnosed, we didn’t understand what her care would mean,” she continued. “We didn’t know enough about the disease to know where we were headed.”

Schlapman, who works with her family as well as hired help to care for Barbara, recalled the day in 2005 when Barbara’s hand tremor led to a doctor informing her that she may have Parkinson’s disease, a movement disorder of the nervous system that worsens over time according to the Mayo Clinic.

“I was like, what? What? Because no one in our family, to our knowledge, has had Parkinson’s before,” Schlapman detailed, before adding that once the suspicion evolved into a diagnosis, the family did not understand what care for Barbara would look like.

Feeling the need to “be in multiple places at once,” Schlapman, who shares two daughters, Daisy, 18, and Dolly, 9, with husband Stephen, told the outlet that she relishes the responsibility to provide care for her loved ones.

“I love being a mama. I also know what my mama has meant to me in my life. Now I get an opportunity to care for her. That’s incredibly important to me,”  Schlapman said. “I also have a job where people rely on me.”

Schlapman, who is also an avid cook, spoke wider about the need for more people to openly discuss the realities of living with Parkinson’s disease.

“There is no shame in this disease,” Schlapman said. “And there are so many of us out there living with it that we need each other and we need to talk about it. And the more we talk about it, the better off our loved ones are going to be because their care is going to be better and people are going to understand it more.”

Schlapman also noted that she recently moved closer to her mom to ensure she’s an active member of Barbara’s support team. “I just wouldn’t have it any other way,” she told the outlet. “We’re very, very involved in her care and with her doctors, and there’s one of us at every appointment she has.”
