आदिवासी समाज के मुकेश मल्होत्रा जी विधायक हैं। ये उपचुनाव में 10 हजार वोटों से जीते हैं।
लेकिन फिर भी इन्हें चुनाव हराया गया और जो हारा है, उसे सीट पर बैठा दिया गया। मुकेश जी को राज्यसभा चुनाव के लिए वोट देने से रोक दिया गया।
इसी तरह एक और विधायक राजेंद्र भारती जी को रात 12 बजे निष्कासित कर दिया गया।
BJP ने राज्यसभा चुनाव की ये धांधली चुनाव आयोग के साथ मिलकर लगभग 6 महीने पहले शुरू कर दी थी।
