The man was previously released twice on conditions, but police said both times those conditions were violated after he tested positive for drugs.

More than half of drivers who were pulled over and drug tested by Winnipeg police were said to be driving while intoxicated, according to a Winnipeg Police Board report.

Three people are facing charges after Winnipeg police seized over $140,000 worth of goods, including high-end jewelry and clothes, from various homes last month.   

Police in Winnipeg said they are searching for two men who they believe broke into a business and stole jewelry, while armed with a handgun and hammer.
