Wells Cathedral. England

Wells Cathedral is an Anglican cathedral in Wells, Somerset, England, dedicated to St Andrew the Apostle and is the seat of the Bishop of Bath and Wells, whose cathedral it holds as mother church of the Diocese of Bath and Wells. Built in 1176โ€“1450 to replace an earlier church on the site since 705, it is moderately sized for an English cathedral. Its broad west front and large central tower are dominant features. It has been called "unquestionably one of the most beautiful" and "most poetic" of English cathedrals. Photo taken with my Canon DSLR camera. A side view of the cathedral from the Town Square on market day. More info below on Wiki

Haniya Spring

Haniya Spring is a beautiful area combining a spring, an ancient pool full of water, an archaeological site and a cultural landscape of traditional agriculture.
Two pools from the Byzantine period and a nymphaeon (fountain) from the Roman period. The water system feeds the pools as it did in bygone days.
Haniya Spring is a sacred place and a pilgrimage site for members of the Armenian and the Ethiopian churches. The area around the pool and the nymphaeon is the property of the Armenian Church.
