The Queanbeyan man, 45, allegedly behaved in a “disorderly manner” by shouting, swearing and ignoring safety instructions from airline crew during the flight on April 16.
“Coast Guard aircrews continue to search for the five missing crewmen and an orange 12-person life raft in the vicinity of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands,” the news release said.
“It felt like I was breathing through a straw. I was convulsing, couldn’t stop sweating, I was shaking and my heart was beating out of my chest," Sydneysider Guy Rowles said.
